how do i poly bush inner tca
is there any way the ball bush thing on the inner tca comes out.just bought some polys and dont see how to fit them.

Only the mk3 tca's can have the inner bush replaced

so do i need 2 get mk3 arms or just use the outter ones

Just use the outer. IIRC mk4's are actually better as the inner balljoint is better than the mk3 design even without poly bushes

a balljoint is better than a bush as theres no movement in it.a bush,rubber or poly will always have give in it.
