blending in new spray paint to old???
Hey folks!
Got a bit of a graze on my rear quarter and am looking to blow it in, ive done lots of spraying before and can always get good finishes on new panels but never had to really do anything like this before....
Just wondering what techniques people use as im a little confused, tried to do it once and could only get a dull area where the laquer had misted around the surronding panels and my attempts to buff it up were a little bit unsuccessful, ended up respraying the whole side of the car which tbh i dont feel inclined to do!!!
Any help would be much appreciated!

Wet and dry paper from 3M. 2500 grit. A bucket of soapy water. Rub it down until it feels like glass, then get some G3 cutting compound, and buff it up to a shine.
