mate of mine wants to become a gold member, but doesn't have paypal so i said i'd ask on his behalf

i'm assuming i can't pay for his gold membership as they'd just credit me with it twice so how does he go about it please?

he wants to sell some stuff but i'm not going to be able to post anything up for him as that would breach the rules so i'm asking how he can get this sorted

As you go through the payment process does it ask at any stage the user name etc etc?

 

Just log in using your friends passionford account and then pay for it using your paypal.

 

But then i'd fall foul of the old "letting someone else log in as someone else" and we'd both be in trouble, hence the enquiry as to how to do it legitamatly and properly

 

surely not if youve told your friend your paypal details?
