Yep. Done from a Dealer. I came across one on PH the other month, and the advert had lots of information about the conversion.

I'm curious as to how well the Turbo would work with the Auto.

E: I doubt it would fetch much, if any more then a Manual Saph in the same condition. You need to bare in mind that a Auto Cosworth would narrow down the potential buyer quite a lot I would imagine.

That has been about the 6 or 7th time its been on and never met reserve and someone on here said it wasnt all that when they viewed it. He was going to buy it and convert it back as it said it was so clean and original

I went to see an auto saff I think it was this one (will have to check the pics I saved from the ad for number plate to be sure) and it doesn't look like that in the metal the pics must be years old.

From memory

The car looked bodged TBH - cheap relay holders screwed to inner wing and wired up by a 5yo, door lock on passenger side pushed in, bootlid colour didn't match rear q's, kickdown switch butchered on to the throttle cable bracket but it wasn't connected generally a bad example and I walked away without even starting it as I was looking for a good shell and this didn't come close IMO

Was a long drive too
