Default Wheel choice

I have recently fitted some 16" 5 spoke mondeo alloys onto my sierra and have been told by various people tha the offset will be wrong. I have done a bit of research and come up with 2 different offsets for the mondeo, these are; +47 and +38. Can anybody verify either of these and if poss advise me if ineed to aquire wheel spacers or take the wheels off and get something more suitable for my car. rison: [/b]
