Default fiesta rs turbo mini restore.

Hi all, i bought a fiesta turbo a while back but havnt had a chance to do anything to it until now due to work, But got a bit of spare time so had a little attack at it. I got it as a non runner with loads of receipts for £800. When i finaly had a look at the engine i found this

O well ive got a spare head and new pistons from an old project that ended up going zetec so i was going to rebuild it, But ended up putting a 62,000 mile engine in instead.

not bad work for 2 Hours. Sunday morning me and my brother put the next engine in and plumbed up.

But the bearing is gone in the turbo so smokes a bit, Going to send it off and get it done this week. Then i thought we would have a look at the body work and get it ready for paint.

Loads of minor dents and a massive rusty arch, Quick phone call and i got a rear arch repair panel to soort the problem

Its a shame the kits hold the water as the rest of the quarter is o.k apart from the dents. Ive got 2 doors to replace the ones on the car as at some point someone has tryed the drivers door lock with a screw driver and also tryed bending the passengers door outthieving little *****
I would also like to add that some littlle **** tryed nicking the wheels off it on my rear drive the only night it didnt go back in the garage!! please please please try it again Ive got a new toy for people who want to try lol (its gonna hurt them alot more than me) More updates later or tomorrow.

Right just a little update until later, Ive removed the drivers side arches and bodykit to find the sill is made up of rust and filler. Ive got a new sill and wing already so im in the middle of replacing them. Heres a couple of pictures of the sill.

Since the last update i have moved from Wales to Essex and car got left in storage. Ive finaly got a chance to spend a couple of weeks on it now as sadly i have to sell it when finished.

It a shame to sell it after all the time and money you have spent on this.

Yeah gutted i have got to sell but ive still got a fiesta rst in storage that i will keep. Really need the money to go towards deposit for a bigger house. Not even sure what it will be worth when finished, they all seem to vary in prices so much.
