Default another cylinder head...

alright guys my last cyl head was cracked and managed to acquire this one from a mate as he doesn't need it any more, anyway found some corrosion around the water ways and wondered if this would affect anything? as the gasket would take up the small discrepancies.

there's too much corrosion that a skim wouldn't help.

100% skim it, looks like the is a gouge breching one of the fire rings!

yeah your right there is a slight scratch across it, doesnt feel deep but a skim would definately get rid of that, but as for the corrosion do you reckon it'll be alright just to have it skimmed and should be alright? the corrosion is about 0.5mm deep roughly. gunna be using a standard ford head gasket with it.
