Hey guys, Can anyone give me a part number for the Isky double valve springs? I have a friend here who wants to put them in his YB head but isn't sure which one it is. Before I get recommendations for the other brands, We're in the US so the Isky's are already here and easier and less costly for him to get. So if any of the engine builders/tuners/shop owners know the part number can you please let me know.

i know the cost of isky's will be cheaper for you in the US, but i think you need to get the platforms machined in order to fit? not sure on the cost of the machining though.

i believe Kent do a set which fit straight in? maybe someone can confirm

 

Yeah, he knows the head needs to be machined, and I think it will be or is going to be. He asked if I knew the part number or the application or for which car. I don't know, I told him about the other ones that drop right in but it's cheaper for him/us to get Yanky parts in Yanky land. Plus the price, postage and the slim chance of it getting lost in the post is putting him off. So bump to see if anyone can help. If it's easier, you can email me. ecotos@yahoo.com
