best oil for mk1, different to standard spec.
time to do my oil, i no the best is not the ford recommended one, anyone know what to use, thanks

If it helps I use Comma Syner Z fully syn 5w30 in mine. Still golden after 1000 miles

5/30 is a must and a good brand such as Castrol etc.
