can anyone tell me what this msg means because everytime i try it, its starts for a hour or three then this msg come up!!!! do u just download or download and install?? ive tryed both!!

I tried phoning Orange today, took fookin ages to get through - because of the iphone.

 

is that all it is??????

my mate done his in 40 mins! mines taken like 3 days!! then again he said he's got mac pro or mac book pro is it, and thats ment to be quicker!!!

Looks like the machine is having trouble connecting make sure Itunes is an allowed exception via Firewall.
