Default storing s2 RST

Hello people,

Im just about to put my s2 rst off the road and into a garage.

The weather up here is wrecking it, so ive opted to store it in a mates garage.

Im looking for any advice on this matter as i have never done it before!!
Any help would be great,

ie, is it best to take the wheels off and put it on stands, windows up or down?, car cover?? wax oil?? heater? Garage conditions??

Thanks very much for you help,

cheers, cherb1

mine is stored up, leave ur handbrake off otherwise ur breakes will seize, left mine on axle stands as it stops strain on suspension, ive heard u shud spray bit of wd40 into ur fuel tank as this stops build up of condensation, drain ur cooling system add fresh rust inhibtting antifreeze as temperatures can fluctuate quite alot, and also ur break fluid, lubricate hinges and pivot points, run the heators prior to storing as this will drive out ne moisture, fill ur tank up as this will stop oxidation and get rid of any water, take ur battery out as this will discharge over time, get a good breathable car cover, thats it rely m8 hope that helps
