Hi all,

I bought my other half a nice 04 plate Corsa SXi 1.2 16v yesterday, and already i've broken it!

Whilst cleaning the engine bay i have managed to snap the part seen in the pictures at the bottom.

Can anyone tell me the part number or what its called so i can re-order one.

Its the small plastic bit which the water pipe from the throttle body comes from attaches too and then screws into the engine.







im asking on as many forums as i can as i need to get this sorted fast as shes now using my clio williams!

can you not just take the bit to a dealer and see if they have one. Good old vauxhall. GM generaly moderate.

 

its having time to. As i work mon - sat. Just wanted to get a part ordered over the phone so i can just pick it up.

if todays hunting online fails i'll have to find a way of getting the part there

can ur mrs not take it. Take a few photos of where it goes so that the parts person knows what bit you want.

 

right, now pissed off!!!

Rang vauxhall, they know which bit im on about and u have to replace the complete waterpump!!!!! fuck that as its just had one!

cannot belive that they wont sell the little plastic bit seperatly that just screws in. crazy.

£76+VAT, told them where to shove the water pump!

that'l need a new water pump i'm afraid, unless ur shithot with superglue/jbweld!
