Default Any Idea how to clean cd player.

hi all, my dad was cleaning his car and without realising he tipped the small air freshner to the side a bit. So over a few hours it was dripping into the cd player. Now when he puts a cd in the cd player will not read, and the cd seems to come out wet, seems like its like an oily substance. The radio works fine and the pcb is not wet. Just gone over the cd part. Does anyone know if i can get anything to clean it the cd unit ?

You will have to take the cd player out and open it up to clean it
