Default track rod end lock nuts,where from?

hi,
where can i get two new lock nuts that lock track rod end on to tie bar/drumstick?
possible to get them in stainless steel?
what thread and pitch are they?m14x1.5?

ford, they will be over charged but at least it will be the correct one.

Got my stainless ones from a local supplier in stainless.

Boat places will have them too

be careful, some of the non ford TRE have a very fine thread, the ford ones have a castle nut some of the aftermarket ones have nylocks

I simply took my old one along - as said - quite a coarse thread but sorry - dont know the exact spec.

I think you are on about the TRE ball joint nut fella.
Its the nut that locks it onto the steering drumstick this thead is about.

But sorry i cant be any use on this matter

will try measure it,just need to keep car on road so awkward to take one off,lol
am i right in assuming it will be metric?

any-one know the diameter?
its 2mm pitch
cant find micrometer or verynears!(some bugger must have them!)
im thinking they seem about 13mm?
