Default Chris Barries Britains Greatest Machines 1980 - Cosworth Channel 5 last night

Did anyone else see this last night? (Surprised there wasn't a thread on it)

The 3-door was on right at the end

Interesting to see how Lotus shaped the way F1 is today, the Delorean, Sinclair ZX & C5, and how the Lynx helicopter is still the fastest in the world 20 years on!

Pity it wasn't on one of the cable channels, you could virtually guarantee then that it would be repeated.

Quality... Ah the 80's. I still have my spectrum with paperboy. Got to laugh at the way it loads up.

That Sierra was lovely.. would love to have one as a toy.

It doesnt really matter when most programmes on tv can be watched again online, including this one

EDIT just watching it now, hes a great presenter also but is it just me who finds it alittle strange when hes being serious for so long and not making us piss ourself laughing?

I saw this 3dr a few weeks ago when I was at Fords historic car lock up

It was a very nice example and understated even with the cage bolted in it.
