Hi guys.

Was out and about yesterday and whilst Iwas walking through a car park, Isaw what I thought was a Mk3 xr2i. but looked at the badge and it said xrv.
I also noted the body kit looked like the sort main ford dealers gave as an optional extra but it was not an xr body kit if you know what I mean.

Did ford actually do this sort of xr. It was radiant red by the way.

Ford special.
Came with the Fiesta mk3 RS Kit fitted from factory.

There used to be a white one and a red one local to me.
Standard mk3 vans other than the kit and graphics.

 

Ford did make a special edition XRV , they were nothing flash tbh just a 1.8 derv van with a factory fitted skirt kit on them.

 

I had one a few year back,was a really smart looking van!

Like said its just a fiesta van with rs skirts and front and rear valances!

i used to love my one xrv i got the old 1.8d engine out tho and put a 1.8td from a mondeo give it a good bit of power for what i needed

Hi I have a fiesta xrv van and was wondering if anyone knew the value of it as i cant find anyone with one of who knows what they are?

my mate has one with 40 od thou genuine miles been sat in his unit for past 12 yrs its still mint he wont sell it.

 

does he have it insured do u no pal ?

thing is he's tarde. so will have all his cars on same policy owns a body shop and has lots of personal cars and bikes.

My m8 has a diamond white XRV all original with a genuine 2480 miles on the clock, its in mint condition, he's just started showing it after his father the original owner recently passed away. Its been covered up under a car port for 20 years and he's had it since new. My m8 was wondering if this one was a prototype that was in a showroom or something. As its a petrol 1.1 and not a 1.8D. also he's been told to insure it for 35,000 =o

As you can see the engine is the 1.1 HCS Petrol engine and the Graphics are different to the Brochure but as the guys at Ford Sandicliffe Nottingham said where it was bought "This was a one off" it was bought up from Dagenham we was told and my friends dad bought it brand new from the dealer in Notts.

 

I weighed a set of them wheels in last week.
