i heard the same thing so you aint talking s**t, they are meant to be 100% better as well for lighting the road..... .... these lights are the same as the golf mk1 & 2

I have a feeling these are available from the various Mini tuning firms. I think they,re called Angel Eyes but i could be wrong

you can definitely get angel eye headlights for a mk1. contact a mini accessory firm. my mate has some, they're about £50 for the pair

Here in South Africa MK 1 spares are hard to come by so many people have taken headlights from the MK1 Golf and fitted them. All you need to do is cut off one of the brackets and it's a perfect fit.
