They sound the bollocks m8 but it needs
to be a scorpion for it to sound good

I'll second that mate mines 4" scorpian with centre removed, ok on idle cruise but soon as on boost all hell brakes loose

nice head,
I assume from this you have a scorpion ?, I also have one and keep thinking about taking out centre box, but reluctant as heard they are mentally noisy, is that correct ie can you hold a normal conversation in the car at say 80mph ?

yep ! i had a 3.5" mongoose before and it was very drony on the motorway the scorpian isnt

My scorpion is horrible with the centre box removed, I want to change back to a mongoose with no centre like I used to have

So the scorp without the centre box is still not too loud or drony even at motorway speeds(70mph officer!!), so you'd defo recommend it ?, I don't want it to sound like one of these jap crap shit boxes with the 8" back box!!

My tail pipe on my old 3dr was only 3in and on tick over
it's was quiet but it was loud when driving it and especailly
on boost and trust me it doesn't like a saxo with a big bore
exhaust either! I've just brought a escort cossie and I'm
getting it done on that aswell
