hi im new to passionford and thought id post up a few pics of my modified models

this is my ford escort, used to be a standard convertible but i had a rs1600i hanging about so transferred the bodykit and interior to the cabriolet and have added a xr3 engine with an intake pipe (not finnished yet) then it had a full respray in as close to the origional color as i could get lol



next up is my ph2 renault 5 gt turbo
it used to be the racing version that i got bored of and decided to make a standard (but better) R5
it has been stripped of its roll cage dashboard front seats spotlights and arials, holes have been filled in and interior has been replaced with standard items
the whole cars been resprayed in light metallic blue including interior and shut lines, the interior has been resprayed in a rover cream color to imitate leather, part of the dashboard and doorcards have also been done and the wheels sprayed graphite grey





next up is my citroen exara wrc
it used to be like the renault and i did the same princible but left a part roll cage in and racing seats, its been resprayed in denim blue with black alloys the interiors rear roll cage set up has been removed and replaced with a custom sub box with 2 subs and 2 amplifiyers and the interior has red carpet




next is my ford focus ZX3
it only has a few mods such as black alloys depo style hedlights smoked rear lights interior the dash surrounds that were silver has been painted red i have also added a boost gauge and a flip out dvd player
it also has white sticker on the side saying sport auto




now my autoart mitsubishi evo 8
havent relly done much to it apart from debadge the front and de mesh the bottom of th bumper and move the intercooler forward apart from that nothing much really to say about it lol



now my project car.....
not sure what to do with it at the moment
i have two mk3 escorts that are left over from various conversions, i was thinking of making an estate or a pickup but any ideas also welcome maybe stretch limo? it was subjected to a bad respray once so the paint is flaking off the white one lol

there are some WIP threads on a mk3 pickup and estates if youve not already seen them, have a look

 

just having a look at them now
thinking about doing somthing a bit unique but need more inspiration lol

 

right been looking through the internet and now have inspiration but need to know what other people think

Welcome mate,nice models you have.I think almost anything is possible,just look at the work the other lads have done.How many 1:18 models do you have?,mine is well over the 200 figure and growing

hi mate,like the r5 turbo,what colour is it you used as it pretty close to my real 1 i had,ive got the model to paint but got way to many other cars to do first.
like the idea of the fiesta,looks a easy convertion to be honist.keep us posted if you do it mate

the color i used for the R5 was ford cosmos blue and the interior is ford sierra beige
its not finnished yet need to add some black/grey highlites to the interior
will be starting the fiesta project now and there will be some progress later hopefully

i did think about the mk3 orion but then i would need 4 doors and the escort only has 3 lol so i decided on fiesta

 

u can get 2dr orion very rare tho but fietsa sounds good,you got any pics yet,i fancy avin ago some time.

still quite a few imperfections but its getting there
