change of turbo
just blew my turbo last night it was running with a 2wd cosworth turbo it was running with a 48ar housing 55 trim compressor wheel and a 360 degree thrust bearing but was laggy would i be better going for a different turbo or staying with the same

Depends what power you want, a Stage 2 T3 .36/50 is ideal up to around 235bhp, it's what I run as is as responsive as a stock T3 
Over that then similair to what you had is needed, .48/50 or .48/55 etc..
