Can somebody help me. I have the text alert linked to Ai606 alarm.

I keep getting false alarms from the movment sensor in the text alert unit. I have sent via text to turn the senor off but it still keeps texting me, normally in the middle of the night. Last night it did it 4 times.

I have put it into valet mode to get some sleep.

As it is the text alert that is triggering the text, the main alarm does not go off.

The installion guide says to turn it off all the time but it just does not seems obey the text comand.

The engineer who fitted it said that the# symbol in front of the code was not need and not to include it in the text that I send to the text alert. I have tried both ways.

I was not to impressed with the engineer who had never fitted one before.
