hello
driving along today and i see my tempreature gauge rising, steam coming out from bonnet vents, so i let it cool down checked the engine bay and the hose from the oil cooler to the bottom of the inlet manifold has a tear in it. what could cause this, just wear and tear or something more. does any one have one for sale if so please let me know, need one asap.

If it's not a silicone hose then probably just old age mate, Roose sell them and probably Ford too!

 

yup, ford still sell them dude

the longer 1 costs about 15quid, and the shorty about a fiver

 

just down to age i'd have thought.

if they say they cant get them like they usually do, its bollocks, because i literally just bought these 2 hoses a few weeks ago

will try and dig out the finis codes for them if i can find the bloody receipt

 

Went to ford, they have ordered the hose should be here in a couple of day. was expecting it to be quite expensive got it for Ł4.98

 

knew it was too good, got a text earlier saying part is out of stock at the factory
