Fan switch plug
Does any else have fan switch plugs that melt i have twin fans and think its putting to much power throght it.

clean all the contacts as this will cause it to draw more curant which will melt things

If it's getting hot due to current draw then it needs a relay.

There should not be any reason why it should be melting plugs as it is just a earth from the relay. Are you sure that the wiring is all correct?
