clean the plugs (specially the fourth) adjust fuel pressure and sometimes the co setting.
could it be a faulty fuel pressure regulator???
i also have been told to check the Air temp sensor
Any ideas will help!!
cheers

PM replied to with the below:
Not air sensor this will have no effect at all, CTS, this tells the ECU info on the coolant temperature and hence can fuel accordinly these are basically thermisters as is the ACT and they go out of range after a while provides false info. The CO needs to be set to what the author has written that chip for. If you do not know it is normally written on the chip itself, same applies for FP. It is very rare to need to adjust this though as most chips use standard fuel pressure (3.5 BAR).
