Default Rear disk conversion, which hoses ???

Hello, im am trying to do a rear disk conversion on my Fiesta mk3 Rst, the parts i have are mk5 fiesta rear beam, mk1 focus rs brake setup, mk6 fiesta st handbrake cable,,
Now im not sure which hoses i could use, i was thinking maybe the Focus ST/RS or fiesta ST, but im not sure if they have the same thread size on the pipes as the fiesta ??

Or if anyone knows the thread size on the car that would be a good help as then i could maybe get some custom ones made

Ideally i wanted to carry out the conversion in 1 day, thats why i would like to get the hoses in advance,

Thanks

all brake pipe threads are m10x1 on most modern cars some european cars have m12x1 on load sensing valve etc
but yours should all be m10x1

when converted my rs1800 to rs2000 rear disc set up i used mk3 fiesta front flexi hoses and held them in place at mounting with brake pipe securing nuts from a saab 9000.cheap means of doing it and worked well with no problems.Hope this helps
