I have Sierra RS Cosworth and I wanted to mont a Line lock system for the front brakes. As Sierra has 2 pipes each for one front wheel, I need 2 line locks.
BUT, has anyone connected the 2 pipes coming from the hydraulic unit, into one pipe ("Y" connector) adding the Line lock and from there connecting the pipe to each wheel (another "Y" connector), by this I only use one Line lock.
Can anyone see problems in this?

One line lock would be a better choice than two, obviously. How does the line lock work? Does it introduce pressure? If so, could you add a T piece to the line lock so that you can fit the line lock to two brake pipes at the same time?

adding a y connector to the front of the cosworth brake lines will defo upset the abs and is not advised to do so, if the car had no abs unit then it would be ok, plus installing a line lock on a road car will make the car unfit for road use and result in failure of the mot and if involved in an accident will also invalidate the insurance, if its for an off road car then swap out the abs unit for a servo setup, then you can use the line lock system

i will add to this that i notice that you are from iceland, im not sure on the "does and donts" regarding car safety over there so you may be able to get away with it over there but i know for a fact that its not road legal over here in the UK
