Seems alot of car for that AND he seems honest enough about the rust spots etc, would be worth a looksy if you're intersted.
The T34 will be probably on it's last legs at that power, again people will say T34s don't make a genuine 400 etc etc...

Ok thanks Mate good to know............ he has just sent me the Rolling Road graph showing 408bhp @ 6368rpm and also a torque figure of 368.9lbft. The T34 has a 63housing (whatever that means) and so it is at the high of its capability but everything is mapped and Just had a full check over onf the engine by Mikeanics in Congleton.

its hard to judge a car without seeing it - the problem is alot of people still think there cossies are worth a fortune
for circa 5k i'd be wanting a car that had a minimum 200 block, needing no paint, stage 3 and decent brakes
I have a power graph from Ford Fair '09 showing an average of 411bhp over 3 runs. That was with the standard fair of dk greens, t34 etc. The bloke assured me the rollers were calibrated everytime they set them up & an RS200 that ran before hit 390odd which the owner rekoned was spot on
Point im trying to make is dont be drawn in by graphs etc..go look at the car, take it for a spin etc..

That power figure is easily achievable as it has the .63 exhaust housing 380+ is possible on .48, from the pics it looks a tidy car with sensible mods I think it's reasonably priced as well.
Modified cars which are cheaper the standard cars are the ones that are worth more, the fact it may have money on mods does not count, he does say however it has a rebuilt engine so I would be wanting to be seeing receipts for this stating what was done.
