1900 cvh turbo bottom end
1900 cvh turbo bottom end (tall block) will this bolt on to my escort rs turbo cvh head? also can i use my own flywheel and everything else needed or do i need to buy other parts, reason im asking my bottom end crank is rattling 30mins after fitting my new stage 3 technics turbo =( i have jus recently had crank regrind and oversize shells done few months ago and im only running 12psidnt understand how it has failed, im thinking of buying this tall block 2morrow,and i could do with some quick infomation or advice before i buy the tall block cheeRs 4 reading this long post lol.
Everything would fit from a 1600 onto a 1900 tall block casting are the same.
However a tall block is not the best unless you change the rods and pistons. Norm sierra 1800cvh rods and crank is used which is obviously a weak spot.
Do lots of research and read up before you spend money on anything, not just engines and components.
