Are there any rubbers etc on these that can wear out, i always wondered what happens when a part could do with being replaced.

yes mate there are some rubbers, but look to be ok last time i looked
there a serious piece of kit, and direct fit for the mk4/s2 no need to change gearboxes like the 16i ones

What condition are the coilovers in mate?

 

fronts are full coilovers are tatty ie needing wire brush and spray for a freshen up as they are used,rears are adjustables hard/soft setting only and slightly leaking seals(been told they can be referbed ie new seals etc... altho im not sure how true this is or where to go to get this done if its possible

Ahhh I want a half cut out as mine needs tidying up. I'll just finish mine.

And £500 aint a bad price with TCA. They never come up for sale, direct fit and you don't have to piss about with gearboxes I'd pay that if I didn't already have my RS1600i set up.

I had literally LOADS of PM's about that, I could have sold it ten times over. It literally is the cleanest one I've ever seen and I've probably seen 4 or 5 of them over the years. Well worth £500 IMO.

 

NO christian, its not yours i have 2 of the fookers, and one has to go, this one is good condition, BUT yours is concourse compared. i thought its a reasonable price considering how much you would pay for a 16i jobbie then have the hasstle to fit gearboxes etc....
