I might be talking out of my bum but im sure i read on here about 6 months ago that there is a modification to do on a zetec thermostat housing. What was it if there is one ??

the only thing i can think of is people have problems with the plastic housings cracking all the time.the 1.8l xr2i fiesta has a ally one tho,thats what i run but there hard to find.
