just had a phone call from auto windscreens with a price to replace the screen on my 3dr,the screen will have the bronze tint also

if they come to you it will cost £242.38
if you take it to them its £230.98

 

i'd just use a bit of cling film fuk that for a price .

 

are u not fully comp then as it will only cost u your xs! also i wouldent use rac auto windsreens as they make there own glass so it will say rac auto windsreens in the botterm left corner which looks nasty

 

Fuck me running! I paid around £70 fitted via a local windscreen fitter last time. Same spec as what you just quoted.

 

In a few weeks time I'll be having all my glass refitted along with another new screen....I'll stick the price up on when its done for comparison.

 

just get gavin to come round from autoglass and inject you with some of his "special resin"...

 

I had a bronze tint fitted for £120 just after Christmas by a local company to me

 

if i had mine done it would be 60 pounds fitted with a guarantee as long as i own the car lol with autoglass through my insurance

i was just wondering what sort of price it was going to be,they where the first company i asked as they advertise on the radio all day,if my screen just had the chip i would get it done but its de-laminated in the corners so would rather have it changed,now i know i can get it done cheaper im a little happier.

 

Just had mine done. For £130 I had all the glass removed when it was in for paint, and then they refitted the rear and side glass along with supply and fit one new standard bronze tint windscreen. I supplied front and rear seals though. That was a small one man band window fitter, not a huge company.
