Default vibrating braking

hi my brakes were vibrating and now its got worse, ive fitted new discs pads and calipers bled the whole system and put new fluid in and its still doing it, and now the pedal is making a sound as though im leting air out of a tyre, does anyone know what this could be?

Hissing could be a leaky servo? our old sierra did it when one of the vacuum pipes from the servo broke.

judder is likely to be play in trackrod ends or one of the other bushes/joints

jack it up and give everything a good check over for play

On a similar note, my fiesta seems to grind when braking at slow speed sometimes. Doesn't do it all the time, and only at slow speed (like 10-15mph). I've checked disks/pads and they have plenty of life, also checked everything to make sure it's tight, and it is. Any ideas?

i cant find any leaks atall, i dont know if internal leaks are possible i dont know much about brakes tbh, it passed its mot today and they didnt say anything about the brakes, the bushes are worn quite a bit, but its just passed its mot, surely they wud pick up on that? ill check to see if theres any play

ok just jacked it up everything is solid no play on any of it atall, i forgot to mention it has 20mm spacers on it, could that be doing it? also could it be a wheel bearing atall?
