Default Insurance with a roll cage ?

Ive just had my renewal come through from aidrian flux for my 3i and its gone up by nigh on £200 so i need a couple of ideas off you guys on who to ring and get a better price from before i ring them back and see if they can beat it.
Ive tried afew companies but as soon as you mention a roll cage they dont want to know so any ideas folks ?

Cheers mark.

Is it a proper cage or a bufty show one? If it's a bufty one simply remove it and jobs a goodun. If it's a proper cage try HIC and SKY as they've both quoted me nicely even when I say 6 point roll cage. lol

They see it as 'he feels he needs a cage, so he'll be driving fast/dangerously, and more likely to crash'...

also with a cage id imagine more chance of people trying to rob it, from an insures point of veiw, due to it looking faster

Cheers for the replies guys i'll get on the phone round tomorrow and see what quotes i can get.
Flux's werent bothered about the cage its just theyve put my premium up by £200 which im not really happy with considering im not really going to be using the car on the road that much this year now ive got my estate sorted.
