Keep getting the MIL light stay on when driving the focus. it was on the other day but after a good drive it went off by it self. have booked it in with fords to find out, checked the code on the blufinn and that was reading a air intake circulation prob.
there has been no effect on the performance and the car seems to be fine.
has anyone had a similar problem?
it annoys me that the MIL light comes on for no reason!

The RS can have a problem with the Air Charge cooling pump. Check the add-on relay in the fusebox, etc. If you cannot locate it, post back, and I will tell you the exact position tomorrow!

RS Focus; Intercooler Coolant Pump Relay:
Only found on RS Focus cars, the relay can be found at position R10 of BJB
Engine Wiring. It is a std. 4-pin relay F0AB-14B192-AA Finis-3875484
This occasionally gives problems with Charge Air system.
