Right I have had enough of crap fitting shirts ie across my shoulders
have been looking online but there are loads of sites about

soooooo anybody got any recommendations

oh btw I am looking for casual stuff

'Which' magazine did a feature on 'made to measure' shirts a while back comparing them to off the shelf shirts and a Marks & Spencer off the shelf shirt came out the best so don't waste your money on tailor made stuff.
I suppose if you have huge shoulders or tiny shoulders then a standard shirt is probably not always going to fit straight off the peg though.

 

or buy shirts and have a seemstress fit it for you, i'm sure it wouldn't be that expensive and also you'd have more choice than just picking desiegns made as fitted shirts.
