started another project afew nites ago,i should'nt of really but hay lol
here is some pics but not many as my cam was dead & i got carried away lol
brought the escort from modelzone on monday

& got some more milliput in,i did have a rear bumper from a old project so i used that to speed things up,added abit more to it aswel
rear spoiler went well

built the bumper up in 2 stages but didnt have any pics until 2nd stage.

3dr stage still to happen.
drilled holes in the bonnet to fit vents,im glad i did as it looks cool

bonnet lip added


got some sanding done last nite & the shape is looking good.






& twins lol

mite do abit more later

wel i thought i would get some more pics up so the thread is up to date.
tried these comps on & love these wheels so i got some ordered of mm boys,also exhaust & seats

back lights on

front lights on but still nedd wet flating.

exhaust on

& got a set of comps on

it also has recaro's in & all painted,engine is in progress but not much more to do & im using a diff bonnet now as dropped this 1 & broke it
so ill be making vents out of putty as cant be arsed to fook about cutting holes in the bonnet again.
will have more pics soon as nearly ready for primer

only thing ive noticed about it mate is the spoiler looks a bit narrow? the one on the other s2 looks a bit better imo

well i thought it was time i pulled my finger out & do abit lol
desided to go get some paint tonite so gave it a afew coats

its not far off now,just some miner bits to sort then get some colour on im please with the result so far.

only things i see (not picking just helping i think lol) are the bonnet vents just like reeces, try filing the backs down, and the rear lights kinda let it down a bit.. what you used for them?

well wha can i say, man this is well good, but i agree with petey, sand the bonnet vents down if u can, doesnt look out of place but it will match with all the resgt of your work, PERFECT, with the lights they look very very good made, but humbral make clear colours, like water colours if u done tha to them tha wuld of made them look like the mk3 rear lights sort of see threw, doesnt matter tho mate because the whole car and bodywork look fucking perfect, thas my next project mate and i cant wait lol. oh and tha front bumper looks exelant, i know tha when i di 1 i will have to use a bottom half of a sierra bumper, i aint got the skills to do tha mate well done.

ive just gone for the tinted look,do you think they should be a diff colour?what sould you do if it was urs??

i kno about the paints reece but cant be arsed to go in to town for some.
im sure ur's s2 will be good awsel

just the same as what reece said, i'd have used some clear plasticard and painted the backs, if you have a set of standard mk3 rears lying about stick em in the post and i.ll make you a couple sets cause i already bought the clear plastic and paint for when i was gonna do 1
