its atb as for the box i bought a diff of lewis mk1 got a mk6 escort diesel gearbox and one night after work me and my mate dale fitted the diff in it

ive had the boost up at 30 psi with no issues as for the rods im unsure

Your car was the highlight of the day for me for sure

 

Thats because the clutch is either on or off, she was going to have a run down the strip as she had 3 more runs left after breaking the puma but couldnt control the clutch so didnt bother.

His clutch rachet snapped a few days before pod so we converted it to a mk6 pedal but couldnt get it right.

The car is a real handful i cant wait to see what it does in june.

It looks like its been done with spare bits, I love that! And the way it hammered down Pod was pure comedy. People spend a fortune just to achieve the same results you have...awsome!

 

i remember when damo had this car i stretched his 185 tyres onto his 9 inch rims thats he had on it it was fookin comedy seeing it driving round the front wheels stuck out almost as far as the mirrors! when it was raining you used to be able to see 4 water jets spraying up from the tyres cus they stuck out that far!! was fun till the police finally pg9'd the car and took it off the road for being unsafe lol!

 

Fair play, pretty much exact same spec as my old Mk2 (intercooler/turbo/engine spec/box) and mine ran 13.1 @111 on R888s!

There was more to come from it as it was only 15psi and now I see what it would have done!

it is mate ive pinched most of them out of lewis mk1's garage lol had a lot of help with the car from him his girlfriends puma should be one to watch at classic ford
thanks got some mods for it before classic ford so hopefully i might beat my time !!!
