Some guy in dubai has bought TEN brand new AM One-77's.

He plans to use 9 of them and mount one of them on a wall at his home.

This really takes the piss as they are only making, well, 77 of them.

Surely this is a bit unfair lol ?

Anyway, if you were rich enough would you do the same ?

But I don't think cars are art, unless it's 'modified' into art. Anything built with a pragmatic purpose can't be stand-alone art IMO...but then who gives a fuck, if you've got the ŁŁŁ call it what you want

 

If you are rich, and a fan or certain cars for their beauty and looks, then I see no problem with it. I don't think I'd buy ten of them tho. If I never intend to drive the car in question, then I'd buy just one and have it in a "showroom" museum to look at. Not much point in having ten, unless you intend to keep the other 9 and sell them on later for profit, should valuation go up on them.

If I was loaded and money no option there are a load of cars I'd happily own purely to look at and not drive - just have them shiney and polished sitting in a showroom at my extensive country estate so I can look at them
