Default zetec pistons and rods which ones to use

im doing a 2ltr zvh conversion and i have a choice of bits to use, the block and crank are from a black top zetec and i have standard pistons and rods from that engine, i also have a set of low comp pistons from a silver top with no rods

the black top rods are 19mm shaft and the silver top ones are 22mm,
if i get a set of standard silver top con rods can i use them in the black top engine as ive read that the rods are different lengths

Every Zetec E engine has the same stroke.

To the OP, you'll find the gudgeon pin on the stock pistons are probably 21mm (the norm for most aftermarket zetec pistons) are the pistons proper silvertop zetec turbo pistons or generic zetec turbo pistons as the crown height between blacktop and silvertop pistons are different.
