after all the issues today, here's another one for the history books

i've got an orange internet account at the other house which i use mainly because it's free and it allows me to keep the old email address i've got that lots of peeps have

so today, junior decided to erase the username on the login page so it can't log in

"not a problem, i'll just call up orange" says i, thinking that this is easy, call them up, give them my account details, they'll tell me the log in stuff, away i go

that's because you've put the wrong numbers in, it's got a 02 in it not an 08 like youv'e just read back
