its just the same as a zetec conversion, so use a rs turbo box or the mtx75 with a few mods to get the box to fit

Speak to jano @ oddkidd creations!! i was in touch with him about this a while back, i had the engine and box ready to bolt into the car but you require different driveshafts from him and custom engine mounts!

correct me if i'm wrong but gettin the engine in shouldnt be too difficult as its essentially a zetec, and zetecs go into mk4s easily. Could use the RST box as well however dunno how long it'd last with even the standard Focus engine? Always fancied this conversion myself

me and a mate are just doing one at the moment, got omex management for the engine, but the gearbox is the headache, were fitting the st170 box with a quaife diff as it dosnt require the inner wing to be modded, and was the guy were building it for's choice, but it has required a custom clutch, flywheel, mounts and the linkage fouls on the servo etc so the brake system has to be altered and also reqs a hydrolic clutch. at the min were just trying to get hold of pedle box, it has been a headache so far but focus rs engines are very strong and can be tuned to 350-380 bhp reliably with out been uprated, dont think a rs turbo box would hack it, were hopeing this will be a reliable conversion and well worth doing

If your using the focus rs ecu i take it you would need the keys. Is there anything else that would be needed.
