I can totally agree with the BJ Penn decision, BJ was not imposing his will on Frankie Edgar at all, BJ was fighting Edgars fight not his own. (Although the judge that scored it 50-45 needs to have a word with himself)

I havent seen the prelims yet. Will catch them when I have time.

 

Dana properly spat his dummy about Anderson's fight but tbh he has absolutly no right to. The way the scoring works in ufc has been joke for a long time but Dana has done sod all about it. Anderson took the points and done no more than he needed to to win that fight under current ufc rules, tacticaly spot on. Anderson will probably continue to fight tacticly unless he is presured by someone closer to is level and forced to engage. Damian maia's ground game is probably the best in the ufc but everywhere else he's weak. How on earth he got a title shot i dont know, he was definatly not next in line thats for sure.

I reckon GSP should step up to 185, dynamicly he has the ability to shut down Anderson's tactical game.

 

ufc 113 may 8th will be good watch out for paul semtex daley awesome fighter hes fighting josh koscheck def one to watch.also kimbo slice is fighting,another one to watch on bravo on may 15th is bamma 3 will be good alex reid and tom watson will be very interesting ive got ring side tickets and cant wait,i think the top bill on ufc 114 could be definate fireworks rampage jackson fighting rashad evans.

 

Kimbo is fighting Mitrione iirc...He has skills. I think Kimbo should of just stayed an internet legend...Hes got the knockout power, but I think he's left it a bit late in the game to pick up MMA.

Jackson -v- Evans will be awesome. I really want Jackson to smack ten shades of shit out of Evans.

 

I used to think that too... He isnt a GREAT fighter on the grand scheme of things. However from a money and lifestyle point of view it's probably been the best thing he's ever done. Bet he's minted and having the time of his life now.

Finally got round to watching it. Fuck me I hope silva does drop down to fight GSP and gets his arse handed to him. Fucking showing off like that to not follow it up, what a cock. Showboating is all well and good when you follow it up but he just looked a tit. I thought the hughes/ gracie fight was quite good, very tactical leg work that, really caused a lot of damage. But as above, all in all I reckon UFC 112 was probably the worst event in a LONG time.

 

ive found most ufc event getting shite recently,watching gsp dryhumping hardy for 5 rounds bored me shitless and ufc 112 was a joke
