mfi bottom end to efi??

can you put an efi sensor in an mfi block to make it efi? thinking about putting ofab fezzie management on my bonus turbo, other than an efi head and inlet what else to run the ofab, do i need an efi fly wheel too

As far as I know and long as the block has cps sencer your all good. But I'm sure karlos or one of the others will able to tell you more than me.

You can drill the block for the efi sensor. The blocks are the same except for the drillings. Also you need a EFI flywheel with the timing marks for the CPS.

As above, later blocks have the hole already - easy way to tell is later blocks also have plastic handle on dipstick. If you've not got the hole you can drill one but an easier way would be to get a trigger kit that attaches to the crank pulley end of things. No need for an EFI flywheel that way either.

If the engine or box is out then you can just drill it and fit a efi flywheel, if it's all in place a trigger wheel isnt a bad option.
You dont need to change your head either, just get an adapter plate mate

Why did ford use a efi block but not covert the hole thing to efi on the later ones?
I have a spare efi block but I needs a hon, pm if your interested.
