Got a nice letter this morning telling me how fast I was going, 36mph in a 30mph limit

Am I likely to get three points plus £60 fine or will I get offered a 'rehabilitation' course which I attend, pay for, but don't get the points, any ideas??

i would have thought that the letter would have told you what your options were? mine did.

 

Chances are you'll have the three points and £60 fine. Doesn't seem to be any consistancy with being offered the awareness course

 

my mum was caught doing 35 in a 30 and she got offered the course so you might as well
