Default Holset on zetec turbo..

I'm going to use Holset on my Zetec turbo. Read on the net, Holset's dont like high oil pressure and need oil feed restrictor...is this true??

if it is a roller bearing turbo then probably true.
i wouldn't say a zetec is that high on pressure really, compared to my former alfa that would idle at 7BAR and peak at 9BAR of oil pressure.

roller bearing turbos don't need pressure to keep the shaft floating in the bearings like the wet float type.
