Default fitting oil breather to saph help

whats the best / easiest way to get to the outlet on the flame trap of a fully built in car engine ?

was having a quick look last week and thought you gotta be joking !

anyone done this before ?

Done it twice,not too bad really
Quite tight but can be done,easier to remove the whole flame trap from block than try and fit adapter/pipe with it on car

If i remember right, once the hose is off the top and drian to sump pipe off (4x4) then you just pull it up out of the block.

It is only a tightish push fit, you may need to wiggle it side to side to help, but if im not mistaken you'll have to fiddle with the angles of it as you take it out cos' it hits on the underside of the inlet manifold.

see if u can get a real long screwdriver and tap it out from below,as said before its only a push fit

Might be easier to take the inlet manifold off, that's how I did mine, but my head was off the engine too
