got a zetec turbo and its running a t3 turbo whats the best grade of oil for my car

my m8 uses 5w 30 fully syn on his one its runs fine but its suppose to be too thin for the turbo?

 

I run 15w 50 Motul
or 10w60 Liqui Moly in mine, but i warm it up before using it and thrash the arse outta it as it's primarily a track car. So i want a higher heat range. I have used the Silkolene Pro S stuff too.

Focus RS bummers usually use 5w30 and 10w 40. Seems ok for a road engine, just change regular and you will be alright.
