well not a fucking great nite as it usualy is for me this month was watching the action as you do then suddenly heard over the loud phone they were saying clampers were clamping cars parked outside the tile centre

go rushing there and yes you guessed it they fucking clamped my car and another fellow pf dudes as well-TWINS's mate i think,we were the only 2 to get done

and to make matters worse it was my old mans merc was using it while mines of the road

one of the dumb fuck clampers says to me at first its £175 to unclamp it there and then but as all the comotion that follows it jumps up to £375 as the fuckers had already called the tow truck

pete was with me and it all kicked off even tried to kick of the clamp(coz it wasnt the tightest of fits) but that ended in grief when one of the dumb fuck clampers jumps in car a crabs the keys from ignition and in process injures petes finger and damages the key

well the old bill got called and they werent much help-in the end with all the comotion that went on it ended up costing me £200 fucking quid to stop the car being towed and twins mate had to dish out £175

well that was one fucking expensive nite out at aces cafe wasnt it

wont be fucking parking there again.......obviously

Yes a very shity end to the night Police said if we tried to remove the clamps and damaged them we would be done for criminal damage

easy way is to sit in the car .. then they cant tow it away .. or even have a dog in the car .
i know someone who got a tool kit and took half his car apart to remove the clamp , left it undamaged took a photo to cover himself and then foned em to get em to collect the clamp .. they tried to get him done for damage .. but they couldnt prove any damage had been caused...

they are complete tossers tho .. think they are some sort of hero's

i'd love to know on what basis they think they have the right to remove YOUR keys from YOUR car though?

 

the thing is who can control what they charge for a release fee, do they just make it up or summin.

some lads in transits where me dad works got clamped, so they foned their mate who brought a petrol grinder down chopped them all off, whos gunna argue with 6 huge guys and a grinder

The clamping notice must be suitably visible and must contain the details of who to contact in the event of clamping and the costs.

Some clampers are absolute scum. Mate of mines old man works for Siemens and was parked to do a job and his van was clamped. Like you said he was told the release fee was £150. After arguing for a short while ws then told it would be an additional £150 to cancel the tow truck.

The clamping company are now being sued by Siemens for the clamping and causing damage to the van whilst towing it away.

 

sorry to hear about the clamping mate. absolute fookers -

you should go back next month find the van when its parked in a dark corner and ask for your money back

Clampers dont have to be licenced do they?

Get a clamp from Halfords, Go down the car park and put up a small sign saying any vans in the car park will be clamped, Then next time they go down to Rip people off clamp thier van and charge em £300 to release it.... then if they remove the clamp or kick off get the Cops down again and say you want em done for criminal damage

carry a clamp in your car and clamp it yourself, no one will think of clamping it twice then just remove it when you want to leave you can park almost any where

 

If the finger was broken whilst the clamper was grabbing the keys the police could and should have arrested the clamper for assualt.

As per usual now as with pikeys the police seem too scared to tackle them.

 

pete had a chat with the cop bout tha but they said not lot they could(or in that case wanna) do bout that-police didnt wanna know it was like they just wasnt interested in doing more paper work

tryed that one but after my second time of gettin the clamp off ,the fookers were watchin me thats when they sent the big bloke over who tryed gettin the keys off me but i weren't giving them up cos then we wouldn't of been able to do much if we couldn't get in the car.

it was only a bit of a scuffle but theres not much i could of done with a mag light in the blokes hand.


NIKKI: fingers will live to see another pod but it just piss's me off that it's taken nearly 8months to get my hand back to 90% movement and some big dumb twat comes along and buts all that hard work back to square one.

 

Better still, carry a clamp in ya car then if you get clamped, stick your clamp on the their van/truck!!!!

I think at the end of this month all clampers have to have a lisence and go on a course.

Did you get a recipet or anything with there address or their trading name on, coz you could let the Inland Revenue know how much they are changing, iam sure the clampers would love a vist from the tax inspector!!
