Radio/cd removal

How easy is it to remove the radio/cd from a focus st as i need to get the radio serial number to obtain the code

You need a stereo removal tool.

If you have a friendly local Ford dealer pop in and they may lend you a set. That is what I did and the mechanic did it for me in about 5 seconds.
