painted a set of wheels last night an seen the day one of them has a runused base an 2k lacquer, i sanded them down the day but dont want to repaint then to soon incase the paint starts cracking etc, how long should i wait before i repaint?

If they've sanded down ok then it should be fine. If your using solvent just be very steady putting it on

 

Craig yeah solvent base, if I leave it for a day should it be ok?

 

Should be fine, just take your time with the base to avoid reaction. If you've flatted through the lacquer then be extra careful as if you get that too wet chances are it will react.
